Returns

1. Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to info@preityssilks.com with the order details & the return reason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item opening vedio of the product is mandatory the price tag & the packing cover bill barcode which got delivered is mandatory.
2. Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same. 
3. Return confirmation is given only through the email .
4. Once a return is approved the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address. 

Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unaltered, with intact folding, original bill, price tag, and silk mark tag (if applicable). Any missing tag, improper folding, or signs of use will lead to immediate rejection of the return request by Preity’s Silks

1. Reverse pick up is not available for damaged / defective items / incorrect item for selected Pin codes .Customers must courier it back to the shop address
2. Gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team.  Gift card will include only the cost of product. It does not include the convience fee charged by third party payment gateway and Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.
3. We dont issue any refund on any orders.

Domestic and International Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Preity's Silks offers shipping across India through reliable courier service. The courier charges will be borne by the customer. All the orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of order. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
• All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
• All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.

  Shipping costs are payable for shipping to locations outside India. International orders are normally shipped within 10 - 15 business days from the date of orders.
• Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
• All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
• Local Taxes, Duty & Customs should be borne by the customer.
